Smoking Cessation

Three Session Treatment...

  • Each session is 50 minutes long.

  • 1st session - I will collect information about your habit of smoking, along with other specific information about you. This information will help me personalize the sessions to you. I will also spend some time introducing you to hypnotherapy and answering your questions. You will commit to make one small change in your habit prior to the second session.

  • 2nd session - Usually scheduled about one week after the first session, this will be a full session of hypnotherapy after which you will leave smoke free.

  • 3rd session - This session, about two weeks later, is important for your long-term success in being smoke-free. We will utilize more hypnotherapy to solidify your success and address any special challenges.

What is Hypnotherapy?

  • Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool using hypnosis in a therapeutic setting.

  • You remain in control while in a trance.

  • The majority of people can be hypnotized.
